Armani/Amal recreates the ambience and menus of the Kashmiri Wazwaan kitchen with a three-course multi-dish menu of non-vegetarian and vegetarian specialities, including classic chicken shami kebab, tandoor-cooked lotus root skewers, Kashmiri chilli and ginger lamb korma, paneer in a fennel and ginger sauce, and a rich, creamy saffron-almond rice pudding. A complementary collection of signature cocktails adds a refreshingly authentic touch.
