Chef Giovanni Papi is changing things up at Armani/Ristorante with 10 new springtime-inspired dishes added to his Michelin-starred experience menu. The expanded à la carte options celebrate the bounty of the seasonal garden with a larder of fresh ingredients that come together to create a taste of spring on a plate.
Choose from a wealth of exceptional dishes including slow-cooked mountain egg with asparagus and caviar; homemade wagyu tortelli with Sardinian artichoke and a pecorino fondue; sea urchin and candied Amalfi lemon linguine; and line-caught wild seabass served with an elixir sauce.
Desserts celebrate orchard flavours with an apricot, vanilla and thyme baba or richly decadent walnut, pecan, praline and guanaja ice cream confection.
